RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label. Please note that for orders shipped outside of Cyprus, return shipping may take longer than expected.

Returns of Teaware and Fragile Items

For returns involving teaware, ceramics, or other fragile items, we reserve the right to request detailed photographs of each item prior to approving the return, in order to confirm their condition.

This may include: teapots photographed separately (body and lid shown individually), cups or other items photographed individually.

These photographs help us ensure that the items are unused, undamaged, and suitable for return.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.

European Union Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, and in their original packaging — and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
