Raw (Sheng) pu-erh

Not green tea and not black pu-erh. This is "green" pu-erh, which is made by steaming, pressing, and drying raw tea leaves.

Young sheng pu-erh often has bright, floral, and dried fruit flavors and aromas, while more mature ones have deep, mellow, and soft notes.
