Oolong Tea

Oolong, or turquoise tea, occupies an intermediate position between green and red teas. Oolongs are called the "tea of changes" because from steeping to steeping, the infusion changes its taste and aroma, revealing itself in new ways each time. A deep, multifaceted tea!

Primarily, teas in this category are distinguished by the degree of fermentation and the place of origin. Less commonly (though still important) — by the master's hand or the type of bush.
