A Curious Oolong from Guangdong Province
This oolong stands out with its quality roasting, which beautifully reveals a bright, deep aroma and a rich, multifaceted flavor. Premium leaves are sourced from the peaks of Feng Huang Shan—a mountain in southern China known for its favorable tea-growing climate and soil.
Aroma: Complex, sweet and intoxicating, with hints of ripe and roasted fruits and spicy flowers.
Flavor: Rich, thick, with distinct citrus and fruity notes, complemented by a pleasant, pronounced piney astringency.
Effect: Energizing and uplifting, it boosts mood.
Harvest: 2022.
Brewing Instructions: Use 5 grams of tea for 100 ml of water with boiling water. Be careful during brewing to avoid oversteeping the Dan Cong, which can lead to excessive astringency. Both a gaiwan and a clay teapot work well. Porcelain enhances and reveals the aroma, while clay adds depth and expression to the flavor.

I think this tea is the most “green” tasting tea for the budget. If you want someone to get introduced to proper green teas (e.g. show that they are killing any green it when pouring hard boiled water), this would be the perfect tea to do so
It is not usual to see tea leaves of green tea to be **that** flat, but other than that — no issues
