An elegant awl for neatly peeling pu-erh pancakes - Chadao (Chinese: 茶刀, pinyin pǔ’ěr chádāo). An awl gently peels the tea leaves away from each other. The less crumbs are formed during the process, the cleaner and softer the infusion will be.
Dimensions: 16 cm in length, 1.3 cm in diameter.
