Красный чай из Фэнцин из отборного сырья.
Благодаря характерному внешнему виду, этот чай иногда называют "Сосновые иглы". Душистый, согревающий и тонизирующий. Отлично подойдёт как для простого заваривания в кружке, так и для деликатного раскрытия методом проливов в гайвани или глиняном чайнике.
Аромат
Яркий, душистый, сладковато-медовый.
Вкус
Сочный, сладкий вкус с нотой хлебной корочки, сухофруктов, с приятной ягодной терпкостью и карамельно-шоколадной горчинкой. Послевкусие сочное, объёмное, душистое.
Воздействие
Освежает и согревает, придает сил и энергии.

Весна 2023 года.
Как заваривать
Используйте фарфоровую гайвань, если хотите максимально раскрыть аромат. Возьмите глиняный чайник из исинской глины, если хотите выраженного, плотного вкуса. Хорошо прогрейте посуду. Используйте кипяток. Для приготовления проливом берите 5-6 грамм на 100 мл посуды. Для настаивания — 4 грамма чая на 250 мл посуды.

I bought Rou Gui Gao Shan at Tea Gallery, and it pleasantly surprised me with how it evolves over multiple infusions. By the third brew, the aroma becomes fuller and deeper, revealing a rich body with gentle sweetness, subtle berry notes, and light woody undertones. The classic Rou Gui profile—often associated with cinnamon-like spice, warm minerality, and a distinctive “rock” character (yan yun)—is present here as well, but in a smooth and well-balanced way. The aftertaste is long, with a refined balance between warmth and freshness. It’s the kind of tea that truly shines over extended sessions—perfect for long, relaxed evenings in good company.
This tea is honestly GOATed. We call it "endless / infinite tea", just because of HOW MUCH you can extract from it... With the right conditions and not too hot of a water, we've been genuinely drinking it for hours, and I feel like we never fully finished it... definitely worth it's money
