South Fujian Oolongs

The south of Fujian province, Anxi county is known for its lightly fermented oolongs. This is where one of the most famous Chinese teas, Tieguanyin, originates.

Oolongs from this region often have a spherical twist, a light degree of fermentation, and a floral-fruity bouquet. They are suitable for long, attentive tastings.
