Oolong from Anxi County, roasted and aged in Ku Gua or Bitter Melon.
Kugua 'Momordica Charantia', is a Chinese pumpkin in which various teas are aged. After that, the tea acquires original notes in taste and aroma, reminiscent of Taiwanese Lao Cha Wang.
Ku Gua, otherwise Chinese Pumpkin or 'Momordica Charantia' is a herbaceous vine whose fruits resemble cucumbers. All parts of the plant are used in medicine - roots, leaves, seeds, flowers and fruits.
Momordica Charantia contains a lot of iron, beta-carotene, calcium and potassium. It is believed that it stimulates digestion and appetite and has other positive effects on the body
Aroma: slightly sweet and spicy. There are notes of nuts and dried fruits. In a heated gaiwan, the aroma of cocoa, nuts and cream prevails.
Taste: chocolate, nutty with some coffee notes. You can feel the taste of the raw material itself, the slight bitterness of kugua smoothly turns into sweetness and lingers in the aftertaste.
Effect: deep, warm and relaxing.
If you add a piece of kugua peel to the tea, it will give the drink an additional spicy bitterness.

from 50 reviewsim very satisfied with the cup, 😊 thanks
I bought Rou Gui Gao Shan at Tea Gallery, and it pleasantly surprised me with how it evolves over multiple infusions. By the third brew, the aroma becomes fuller and deeper, revealing a rich body with gentle sweetness, subtle berry notes, and light woody undertones. The classic Rou Gui profile—often associated with cinnamon-like spice, warm minerality, and a distinctive “rock” character (yan yun)—is present here as well, but in a smooth and well-balanced way. The aftertaste is long, with a refined balance between warmth and freshness. It’s the kind of tea that truly shines over extended sessions—perfect for long, relaxed evenings in good company.
This tea is honestly GOATed. We call it "endless / infinite tea", just because of HOW MUCH you can extract from it... With the right conditions and not too hot of a water, we've been genuinely drinking it for hours, and I feel like we never fully finished it... definitely worth it's money
Best tea place in Limassol 🔥
Прекрасный чай. Всем советую заглянуть в этот магазинчик.
Bought it as a gift to my dear friend, and he’s now the happiest man on earth. He rates it as “10 out of 5” and “every day I use it, and every day I’m happy”
Genuinely one of the best red teas I’ve ever tried. The texture, the aroma and the flavour is just outstanding. It is visually pleasing, lasts for many infusions, and a bit expensive
Очень приятный вкус, тонкий аромат, мягкое расслабление без сонливости
