Mao Feng (毛峰, "Fuzzy Peaks") refers to both the leaf shape and the production method, which involves selecting buds and two adjacent leaves of equal length. This tea offers a long-lasting experience, changing noticeably with each steep.

Brewing instructions: it's recommended to use a thin-walled porcelain gaiwan or a glass teapot.
