Mao Feng (毛峰, "Fuzzy Peaks") refers to both the leaf shape and the production method, which involves selecting buds and two adjacent leaves of equal length. This tea offers a long-lasting experience, changing noticeably with each steep.
Aroma: bright and sweet, with floral notes.
Taste: fresh and sweet, with a light, barely noticeable bitterness that transitions into sweetness.
Effect: refreshing and invigorating.
Harvest: early March 2025.
Brewing instructions: it's recommended to use a thin-walled porcelain gaiwan or a glass teapot. Use water at 80-85 °C for a balanced flavor, 90-95 °C for a bold and strong tea, and 70-75 °C for a soft and sweet infusion. Find your perfect cup of green tea and enjoy each tea session as if it were the first.

I think this tea is the most “green” tasting tea for the budget. If you want someone to get introduced to proper green teas (e.g. show that they are killing any green it when pouring hard boiled water), this would be the perfect tea to do so
It is not usual to see tea leaves of green tea to be **that** flat, but other than that — no issues
