Lapsang Souchong Black (Red) Tea is traditional large leaf Xiao Zhong. With distinct assamic notes in flavour. So it is correct to call this tea "Chinese Assam". But in our opinion it is much better than Indian Assam.
Aroma: sweet, slightly spicy with hints of dried fruit
Taste: balanced, strong and full-bodied. At the same tome very balanced. Pleasant Assamic tartness and menthol in the aftertaste.
Effects: warming and energising.
