Lungjing (Dragon Well) is one of the ten "Famous Teas of China."
It is made from small tea leaves and buds, resulting in a tea that can be enjoyed over a long period, with a bright aroma and rich flavor. The production process yields thin, flat leaves.
Aroma: bright, rich, sweet, with delicate notes of roasted seeds and sunflower oil.
Flavor: thick, oily, and intense. Sweet floral notes with a slight bitterness, creamy texture.
Effect: refreshing, energizing, enhancing focus and productivity.
Harvest: spring (April) 2025.
Brewing: use a thin-walled gaiwan, porcelain teapot, or glass vessel. It is recommended to brew with water cooled to 80°C. Make quick but frequent infusions to prevent the leaves from cooling completely.

I bought Rou Gui Gao Shan at Tea Gallery, and it pleasantly surprised me with how it evolves over multiple infusions. By the third brew, the aroma becomes fuller and deeper, revealing a rich body with gentle sweetness, subtle berry notes, and light woody undertones. The classic Rou Gui profile—often associated with cinnamon-like spice, warm minerality, and a distinctive “rock” character (yan yun)—is present here as well, but in a smooth and well-balanced way. The aftertaste is long, with a refined balance between warmth and freshness. It’s the kind of tea that truly shines over extended sessions—perfect for long, relaxed evenings in good company.
This tea is honestly GOATed. We call it "endless / infinite tea", just because of HOW MUCH you can extract from it... With the right conditions and not too hot of a water, we've been genuinely drinking it for hours, and I feel like we never fully finished it... definitely worth it's money
